hello to all sec one squashers who will evolve into sec two squashers in a matter of weeks, since there is virtually no training for our upcoming competition, we have officially decided to train ourselves through meditation, which involves concentration, and lots of water to hydrate, which aids the meditation (cuzz if you're dehydrated then you cannot concentrate and if you cannot concentrate you cannot meditate). anyway, felicia has booked her courts. every friday starting from 7 november, which is the first friday during the holidays, we will meet outside her admirable, ambitious, august, awe-inspiring, dignified, dynamite, elevated, eminent, exalted, excellent, fabulous, fine, first-class, first-rate, glorious, grand, grandiose, haughty, illustrious, imposing, large, lofty, luxurious, magnificent, majestic, marvelous, monumental, noble, opulent, ostentatious, outstanding, palatial, pompous, pretentious, regal, rich, smashing, something else, splendid, stately, striking, sublime, sumptuous, super, superb, terrific, unreal, very very very very good condominium. Meet at 2pm. Ends at 5pm. Remember to drink lots of water. Remember to eat lunch EXACTLY at 12noon (there will be a gastroenterologist to check) so that you won't FEEL IT during training. do turn up. if you have speech training, then attend speech training. you can come after it. this training is optional but encouraged. I will not SIGN OFF!! you know who i am |
